Brigadier General Alberto C. Rosende was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army Engineer Corps in May 1984 from the University of Miami Army ROTC program, as a distinguished military graduate. During his 31 years of service, BG Rosende has commanded at Company, Battalion and Brigade levels, and has served in multiple staff positions at all echelons, including the Division and Major Subordinate Command levels.
