63rd Regional Support Command Army Reserve Ambassador Findley Brewster received the Presidential Volunteer Service Award at the Texas Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Annual Planning and Awards Meeting on April 16, 2016 at the Crowne Plaza Austin in Austin, Texas. Along with the presidential recognition, Brewster received a personalized certificate, an official pin, medallion or coin and a congratulatory letter from the president of the United States.

Spriggs is an Air Force veteran and founder of the Ron Spriggs Exhibit of Tuskegee Airmen (RSETA), and tours the nation teaching the history of the famous airmen, the first black aviators in U.S. military history during World War II.
